Heat recovery from natural gas combustion: 310 °C hot exhaust gas heats 8607 kg/h supply air to 164 °C in the ceramic-sealed heat exchanger. The ducts are arranged in a cross-flow and are suitable for a maximum temperature of 600 °C. The heat exchanger is equipped with a ceramic seal. Direct gas-to-air heat transfer eliminates the need for an intermediate circuit with a liquid heat transfer medium. Further details can be found below.
Inspection opening, insulation and condensate drains are integrated into the housing. Transition pieces enable connection to pipes and ducts of the surrounding system.
